Sonu Rathore born in Dehradun where she got her schooling and then graduated from Delhi university along with diploma in computers. She is a self-made woman who has 30 years of experience in IT and worked in India, South East Asia, US. IShe has immensely worked hard in top leadership positions for last 15 years and I am a certified OKR coach, ISO27001 lead auditor, certified Scrum Master and Business Leadership program from IIM Ahmedabad. Wherein now she is currently look after Strategy and Operations for Altudo as Senior Vice President and is also Chief Information Security Officer.
Hailing from a small town and a humble background, very early in life she started supporting her family as her father had major ailment and mother had an accident and so she started tuitions for students even when she was in school and later supported her education.
She started her career as a programmer in JP Industries in EDP Dept. and moved to NIIT Technologies as Consultant and worked in Hewlett Packard Singapore, by that time she got married and had a son.
She took care of her children with support from in laws and continued in her journey and moved to Birlasoft despite lot of hurdles as she was suffering from medical issues, she was detected with TB where it got relapsed 3 times but nothing deterred her and she continued to work. She moved into leadership role in Birlasoft to Vice President Business Excellence and spent 10 years.
She started her own firm on consulting and training and had women as part of the team who had left their career due to family constraints and needed flexibility.
She has supported many girls in their education so that they can become independent.
